Pubfolio Ltd is a growing nationwide pub company with over 500 diverse tenanted and
‘free of tie’ leased pubs in its estate.

Pubfolio's strategy is to focus totally on the leased and tenanted sector of the market, to improve the quality, grow the size of the estate, and to ‘release the tie’. 

Pubfolio believes that given security of tenure and access to a portfolio of brands at massively discounted prices, there are many entrepreneurs willing to utilise their skills within the estate.  We offer 25 year leases, which allow the leaseholder to gain equity in the lease and to have the confidence to invest in their future.
